Customized to your needs, the retreat can be a mixture of Energetic Body Work, Access Consciousness Coaching, and Intuitive Counseling meant to leave you feeling refreshed, renewed, and confident, and inspired by your own life.

8 – one hour body and energy sessions meant to pamper and revitalize you all the while releasing limitations and judgments from your life.

One-on-One Full Day Personal Retreats
Allow me to be your guide to moving into allowing for more of you in your life. This is an intense look at you, your life, and how you are creating it. Be prepared to lower your barriers and see yourself without the eyes of judgment. Each retreat is unique to each person. This is available as a 1 or a 2 day retreat.
